Connection Failure Tips

  • Interference: Move your robot away from other Sphero or Bluetooth devices. Certain building materials like metal or concrete may block signals.

  • Hardware: Some devices may have limited Bluetooth compatibility. Try connecting with another device.

  • Battery: Ensure the robot has sufficient charge. Critical battery levels are indicated by flashing red LEDs.

  • Reset Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth off and on before reconnecting.

  • Restart App / Device: Sometimes restarting Sphero Edu or your device can resolve connection issues.
