Sphero SPRK+ Power Pack: Usage, Charging, and Troubleshooting
The Sphero SPRK+ Power Pack allows you to charge, store, and carry up to 12 Sphero SPRK+ app-enabled robots. It is designed specifically for SPRK+ robots—other Sphero models like Sphero Original, 2.0, and SPRK Edition will not charge in this Power Pack.

Once cooled, the lights will return to normal, and charging resumes.

-
SPRK+ Not Connecting:
-
Ensure the robot is fully charged. The blue light should blink while charging and turn solid when complete.
-
Check for deep-sleep mode: place SPRK+ in the cradle, wait for the rainbow sequence, then pair with your device using the Sphero Edu app.
-
Verify your mobile device supports Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth 4.0). Some older devices, like iPad 2 or certain Android 4.4+ devices, are not compatible.
