Locating Your Serial Number

To access information about your Sphero robot:

  1. Open the Sphero Edu app and connect your robot.

  2. Tap the Sphero icon in the top-right corner of the screen. The battery level indicator is displayed next to this icon.

  3. On the robot information page, you can view details such as firmware version, manufacturing date, and serial number (also called a MAC address).

Finding the Serial Number or MAC Address

If you need your robot’s serial number - for example, to register an extended warranty - you can use the MAC address listed at the bottom of the robot information page.

If you are registering a Power Pack or Class Pack for Sphero’s Extended Warranty Program (SpheroCare), you only need to enter one serial number or MAC address from any individual robot or product in the pack.
