Damaged Products

If your product is visibly damaged, please email us a photo of the damage along with your original order information.

Products Not Functioning Properly

If your product is not working as expected, try these troubleshooting steps first:

  1. Clean the connectors:
    Wipe the connectors with a clean, soft cloth. If needed, carefully wipe all connectors in the kit—this often resolves connection issues.

  2. Check the power source:
    Switch in a fresh battery or, if using a USB adapter, ensure it’s plugged into an outlet. Some modules draw more power than others, so a stronger power source may help.

Test Your Circuit

After cleaning and checking power, assemble a simple test circuit:

Power (Blue Bits) > Input (Pink Bits) > Output (Green Bits)

For example: P1 Power > i6 Dimmer > o9 Bargraph

  • Turning the dimmer to the right should light up the bargraph LEDs from left to right.

Warranty Information

All littleBits products come with a one-year warranty from the date of receipt.

  • If a bit module seems to be malfunctioning, contact us and we will assist.

  • In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement part immediately.
