Initiating a Return

If you’d like to return an item, please fill out the support form and include the following details:

• Your order number

• Whether the item has been opened or used

• The reason for your return

Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with the next steps, including return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

1. Return your original item following the instructions from our Support team.

2. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund.

3. You can then place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
