indi Care and Cleaning
Why Clean Your indi?
Your indi robot uses a color sensor to read cards and tiles. Frequent handling can transfer oils from your hands, and dust from the environment may accumulate over time. In classrooms, cleaning and disinfecting your robots can help reduce the spread of germs.
Charging contacts in the Class Pack Charging Case may also accumulate dirt, affecting charging performance.
Important Notes:
-
Avoid cleaners with ammonia, acetone, or other harsh chemicals.
-
Do not use disinfecting wipes containing Quaternary Ammonium on the inside of the Charging Case.
-
Alcohol pads (70–90% isopropyl alcohol) are an easy, safe option for cleaning.
