Email Contact Allow List

If you are not receiving emails from Sphero Central, check your spam folder to be sure. If the email is not in spam, add support@sphero.com to your contact allowlist via the instructions below.

Gmail

  1. Click Mail in the upper left, select Contacts.

  2. Click the + button, enter support@sphero.com.

  3. Click Add.

Outlook

  1. Click the People icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click New Contact in the upper left.

  3. Enter Sphero Edu for the name and support@sphero.com for the email.

  4. Click Save & Close.

MacMail

  1. Hover over Mail in the navigation bar, select Preferences.

  2. Click Rules on the right side.

  3. Click Add Rule, enter Sphero Edu for the description.

  4. For the rule conditions, select Any of the following conditions are met → From → Contains, enter support@sphero.com.

  5. For the actions, select Move Message → Inbox.

  6. Click OK.

Yahoo!

  1. Hover over the Settings icon, select Settings.

  2. Click FiltersAdd.

  3. Enter a filter name like Sphero Edu.

  4. Set Sender → Contains → support@sphero.com.

  5. Move to Folder → Inbox.

  6. Click Save.

Hotmail

  1. Hover over Settings, select Options.

  2. Select Safe and blocked senders → Safe Senders.

  3. Enter support@sphero.com, click Add to list.

AOL

  1. Hover over Options, select Mail Settings.

  2. Click Spam Settings → Sender Filter → Allow mail only from addresses I specify.

  3. Enter support@sphero.com, click +.

  4. Click Save Settings.

Verizon

  1. Click Options → Block Senders → Safe List.

  2. Enter edu.sphero.com for the domain.

  3. Click OK.

Comcast

  1. Click Address Book → New → New Contact.

  2. Add support@sphero.com in the email field.

  3. Click Save.

Cox.net

  1. Click Preferences → General Email Preferences → Blocked Senders.

  2. Add support@sphero.com in the Exceptions List, click Add.

  3. Click Save.

AT&T WebMail

  1. Click Options → Filters → Add Filter.

  2. In From Header, select Contains, enter support@sphero.com.

  3. Select Move the message to → Inbox, click Add Filter.

EarthLink

  1. Click Add, enter edu.sphero.com for the domain.

  2. Click Save.

Thunderbird

  1. Open Address Book → Personal Address Book → New Card.

  2. Enter support@sphero.com in the email field.

  3. Click OK.

MSN

  1. Go to Settings → Junk E-mail Guard → Safe List.

  2. Enter support@sphero.com, click Add.

Norton AntiSpam

  1. Start Norton AntiSpam → Status & Settings → Configure → Allowed List.

  2. Click Add, enter support@sphero.com, click OK.

McAfee

  1. Open the Control Console → Allow/Deny.

  2. Enter support@sphero.com in the Allow List, click Save.
