Changing an Order After It's Placed

Can I change or update my order after placing it?

No. Because we work hard to ship orders quickly, we are unable to make any updates once your order has been placed.

What if I ordered the wrong item?

If you placed an order by mistake, we can help you set up a return once your order arrives. Please fill out our Support Contact Form to begin the return process.

Can I add items to my order?

No. Our team does not have access to your credit card information, so we cannot add additional items to an existing order. Please place a new order for any additional items you’d like.

Can I change my shipping address or method?

No. Once an order is submitted, we cannot update the shipping address or shipping method.
